“Understand there are peaks, pits and plateaus of sadhana (spiritual path)!” my Teacher passionately cautioned early in my journey, more than 35 years ago.
This came to mind sharply these past few weeks, as I navigated them one after the other. First we had a devastating garden freeze (still not sure the extent of the trees and shrubs we lost).
Immediately followed by one of the most powerful energy transmissions ever, on stage at the Soulful Leaders Retreat. Christine Kloser, a gifted intuitive facilitator and transformational author coach collaborated with me to create the first ever “Groovy Transformational Experience“, combining small group reflection, somatic releasing through dance and movement, sound healing with crystal bowls, and energetic alchemy and Soul alignment practices.
There was a moment I’ll never forget– as I played the crystal bowls the magic began. The singing bowls began playing themselves — no touch, no movement from me. Just pure transmission. Spirit moving through sound!
Together, as a group, after dancing and reflecting, we cleared and released everything that was no longer serving our highest good. Then we intentionally called in the frequencies of “ease, freedom, and fulfillment”. And from there, we invited even more of our soul essence, more of our spirit, more of our divine being — all the way down into our bodies, anchoring fully into our feet and into the Earth.
At the finale, the energy became so strong that I was unable to move from stage. I stood totally transfixed in awe. For 45 minutes, I remained anchored in place, feeling like a lightning rod for Source — as though energetic roots were wrapping deep into the core of Mother Earth. I was completely planted — held, grounded, and transmitted through. The energy poured through me until the last participant left the ballroom, as if we remained totally connected in this energetic creation.
The power of the group energy was undeniable. A soul group configuration of light I have never experienced before.
The next day, I asked: *What did we accomplish?”
And the answer came through clearly:
“together we anchored a new level of coherence into the planet — creating a field of Love-light around the Earth that will sustain lightworkers for eons.”
And as hugely profound as that sounds, what excites me perhaps even more is when someone shared they entered their body in a whole new way that they never experienced. They were completely “home in their being”.
Another gift from a participant who also witnessed this new grid formation: “Something sacred happened…we became a grid. A living, breathing lattice of light. As I walked across the floor, I felt it —as if the ground beneath us had awakened. The carpet turned into Earth’s body —each step lighting up invisible pathways beneath our feet.
And every person in that room was not random. Not accidental. Not just “part of the group.”You were a «node», a “key”, a “pulse point” in something ancient and real.
What we activated last night didn’t end when the music stopped. It’s still moving through the Earth. Through us. Through the timelines we touched.”
The day I returned home, my husband wasn’t acting quite right, and we discovered he had a fall and hit his head (no memory of it) and we spent 5 days in ICU monitoring a small traumatic brain injury! Thankfully he is now fine, but sheesh!!
What I have come to understand is that underneath all the many waves of life’s peaks and pits remains the Ocean of Love that is our true essence. Our Blissful Self resides deep within as the changing tides on the surface ebb and flow, and we must anchor into that repeatedly if we hope to navigate this life journey with any semblance of grace and ease.
The anchoring of this new Coherence Grid continues within me, and it is palpable for those near me. Perhaps you too can tune into it and draw some sacred sustenance in these turbulent times?
