Last night I was teaching my Mastery students and sending long distance Reiki healing to one of them while on the phone. I began sharing some detailed information I received from their body. Then I attempted to explain “how” I received the information so they could benefit and I realized there are actually some key steps involved that could help everyone understand their own intuitive process more deeply.

So I will attempt to break the intuitive process down a bit and describe some of the essential pieces I have learned and practiced over the years that are now as natural as breathing.

1. First Thought, Best Thought
Just say the first thing that comes without judging it or even understanding where it is leading or what it may mean. Be in the present noticing the subtle sensations and perceptions of your own experience with that person or animal opens the flow of more intuitive information and inner guidance.

In this case it was a feeling in my stomach that had not been there before. It came as soon as we sent Reiki to someone so I assumed it was about her energy blockage. I tend to feel things in my body to alert me to what is happening for someone else, but I have to rule out my own sensations and my own healing process that may be separate from the other person.

Very often offering the first impression or sensation or even visual that we receive can be daunting as we have no idea yet what it means. And this is key—don’t worry about knowing the whole story at this point; you don’t even have to have a clue what it means.

“First thought- best thought” my teacher always said. Just offer your impressions. Let go of trying to figure it all out and sounding “reasonable” and logical and knowledgeable; or even sounding “intuitive”. Just offer the first thing that comes. Whether it is a thought, a feeling or sensation, an image or piece of a picture, or a direct “knowing” or whole concept that just downloaded.

It is very unnerving at first as the analytical mind wants reasons and explanations all figured out in advance. But this is not the way of the intuitive or channeling process. It is about opening and trusting the flow of ever-present higher wisdom and being willing to move in that direction, one step at a time.

2. Take Baby Steps
Even if what you are sharing is so small and seemingly insignificant, it can carry you to the next awareness, the next piece of information, the next sensation, and that is all you need to get started.

This one piece of wisdom created a huge breakthrough for one Mastery student. She is a skilled massage therapist and often got intuitive impressions during sessions, but often didn’t share them in the moment because she thought she needed to have more understanding of where it was leading.

Keep it very simple, very step by step. One piece at a time can lead you to an amazing unfolding understanding. But it can come in small bites, and as you are more willing to share the tiny puzzle pieces as they are, whole universes unfold.

3. Trust
I realized the perception my students were having was they had assumed that I was getting whole downloaded stories with all the pieces up front. It comes out seemingly very smooth and probably appears that I know where I am heading. Nothing could be further from the truth!

So often the effort and commitment is just to begin speaking with the willingness to share, without much of a sense of what will come forth. Many times I realized that I have no clue what will come out of my mouth, but over time I have developed such a deep trust that if I take one step into the stream of knowing, the stream will carry me.

My virtual assistant wanted to bring her family from Canada to Florida so she could attend my last Quantum Creating retreat. She just bought a new house and did not have the cash flow needed. When I asked her how much she required, she said $2,500. I felt that was not enough to do it comfortably, so we upped it to “$5,000 or greater.” Then we did a brief session with the Rays of Creation technique to clear the obstacles to manifest the thousands of dollars she needed to receive to pay her bills and make the trip in two weeks.

It came in quite an unexpected way. A few days later she was overjoyed—her “magic money” appeared in her PayPal account, from a dispute with a client who owed her money that she lost in 2004! A client refused to pay for her services, and Paypal agreed with the client and she was not able to collect the fees. Then Paypal did a review–8 years later– and decided that she should have won the dispute and deposited over $7,000 in her account! She transferred it immediately and began paying bills, but due to her infant getting sick and other obstacles didn’t make the trip.

Then fortunes began to reverse. Paypal changed their decision once more, locked her account and told her she now owes them $7,000! But instead of panicking, and slipping back into the feeling of “it wasn’t meant to be”, she observed several things in her thinking patterns that needed adjusting.

Change Your Thoughts, Feelings & Actions Not in Alignment with your Goal
So she shared some of her thinking and actions that may have impacted her manifestation. She observed that she was referring to the windfall as “magic money” as there was a sense of unreality about it even though she had talked to Paypal and transferred the money. She had trouble believing it was really hers.
Secondly, Erin did not come to Quantum Creating, which was her motivating goal for asking for the money to begin with. Her family situation impacted her decisions, and her heart’s desire to attend the retreat for herself got pushed to the side. She owned that she could have decided differently, and felt more alignment with the original purpose of the abundance.

And thirdly, she knew for years that she wanted to set up her own merchant account for her business, so when Paypal blocked her account she was forced to do just that. Instead of wallowing in self-pity or feeling like a failure, she maintained a positive attitude, stayed in a place of growing in awareness, and took responsibility for her thoughts and underlying feelings of doubt and procrastination. She was in acceptance of the learning experience and “taking it well”. Perhaps too well.

Learn from Wisdom and Knowing Directly
So I coached her not to give up just yet. I empowered her “don’t assume you deserve to lose the money just to learn these things–make the intention to learn from your wisdom and knowing; rather than from direct experience. Now that you have more awareness, apply it now. Reset the intention to come to Quantum Creating and receive those tools. Be grateful for getting motivated to set up your merchant account. Continue to pursue Paypal; it was your rightful fee years ago anyway so claim it. You manifested real money; now do it again.”

AND IT WORKED! She blogged about the whole scenario and told her friends. And Paypal reversed their decision – again – and gave the $7,000 back to her!
We are planning our next retreat and she has already reserved her space.

From time to time the profound shifts and healing results people get with our work hold for a time, then seem to fade. At this point, some students tend to feel that “it didn’t work” or even that the amazing results they go “weren’t real”. Healers may even get discouraged when your clients report this and think that they “aren’t good enough healers” or else the results would stick. Yet this is far from the truth.

Someone mentioned that my dialogue with Spirit sounded a lot like Esther Hicks, a long time spiritual channel of a cosmic group called “Abraham” pioneering the “Law of Attraction” manifesting principles. This weekend I had the good fortune to attend a workshop with Abraham/Hicks.

An inventor shared how he met Abraham/Hicks last year, and at the event he elatedly found an investor. Things were great for 4 months, then began to unravel. The inventor reported that about 70% of his criteria for the perfect investor had been met in that relationship, but he questioned it all thinking he must be doing something wrong.

Focus on What is Working

What went wrong??? And Abraham’s response was of course to focus on the 70% that did manifest, and to continue focusing on what is working, as what you focus on expands. Hold the vibration of the creative, smart, awesome inventor. The rest would follow naturally.

After our Quantum Creating event, one of the students wrote me that she had amazing healing results for several days with her physical symptoms. Her hot flashes that had completely devastated her life, drenching her night and day, had completely disappeared. Then 5 days later they returned. What to do?

My answer is: keep doing what is working. Keep applying the energy tools we learned to change your vibration. Become a vibrational match for comfort, well-being, and vital health. I am not trying to sound flippant here, but the reality is the healing happened. It is working! So keep working it!

This is exactly the point where many students fall off the wagon so to speak. But the fact that any pain, or symptom, or life circumstance, can improve is proof that you are doing something very right. It is real. Healers also often lose their confidence here. Why can’t I be a better healer? Why can’t this person get results that last? What is wrong with me- I must not be talented enough?

Become a Vibrational Match for How you Want to Feel When you “Arrive”

Instead, if you understood the co-creative nature of the mind and emotions, you could just continue to adjust and shift your energy, clearing out the old denser vibrations of illness, pain, discomfort, lack, and continue to be a vibrational match mentally and emotionally (electro-magnetically) and co-create vibrant health, well-being, abundance, one day at a time. Keep setting the space, energy and intention of where you want to be, and how you want to feel when you get there. Encourage your clients to stay the course. Something worked!!!

Everything is energy. Illness, pain and discomfort were not created in a day. A lifetime of habits, patterns of thinking, staying stuck in the old “stories” of victim and blame, guilt and shame, disappointment and defeat, have been fed and watered with our mind and emotions. To begin to create a new energetic intention and platform to experience happy- healthy-wealthy-wise may take some application and practice. Watering a garden once or twice would not sustain the beautiful flower show you are longing to experience.

In Quantum Creating, we spent two full days raising our vibrations and learning to manage our energy, apply amazing clearing and manifesting techniques, and connecting directly with the Highest Light. In those vibrations, many shifts occur naturally. Generating those same frequencies on your own is a bit more challenging. We get impacted by those around us. Our old habits and ways of thinking re-emerge. It doesn’t mean we “did something wrong” or the techniques are not working. Quite the contrary. Something very “right” happened. But we may not be able to sustain that level of energy, focus and intention after one workshop.

This was and is certainly true for me too. I am constantly making choices to put myself in positions where I will be uplifted, with mentors and spiritual teachers who can assist me to hold a higher vibration more easily.

And I must continue to observe what and who I allow in my space. Do my relationships truly support me? Do I surround myself with positivity as much as possible. Am I practicing what I teach? I too must be diligent and regularly reset my energetic platform (feelings and thoughts) of how I want to experience everything. And when I have ongoing difficulty, I seek out support.

No instant garden. Daily attention and weeding, a vision of where you want to go, watering, pruning, and enjoying the process is all part of it.

Focus on what IS working, and do more of that. Give that your energy, rather than feeding the fear that “nothing works” or that “if something good does happen–it won’t last”. Root out those negative beliefs that you have nurtured and adopted, and find the opposite or positive pole of emotions and water them, and you will begin to “hold” the shifts and healings more and more.

Whether you are longing for more vibrant health, a truly fulfilling career, deeply satisfying relationships, financial flow and a tremendous sense of alignment with freedom, accomplishment and ease — I have one answer: The Rays of Creation.

The Rays of Creation are much more than just beams of light; they are enormous structures of energetic Consciousness, with very specific capacities, like huge corporations with many diverse departments handling multi-faceted tasks. These amazing energetic super-tools enable us both to dismantle the old patterns and thought forms that keep us limited and stuck, and allow us to anchor in the new vibrational patterns of the realities we choose to experience.

The Rays of Creation are a huge body of work, brought forth by the Archangelic Realm and Beings of Light through visionary Jim Self in his work Mastering Alchemy.

What do the Rays of Creation do?
Certain Rays are used when you wish to clear the rigidity and adhesiveness of undesired beliefs and emotions. They destabilize the electromagnetic charge around an issue and soften our resistance to change, while they are also used to stabilize the new desired energy pattern in our day to day reality that we are choosing to replace the old pattern with.

Other Rays allow the energies to step up to release and step down to then bring back the new desired experience or pattern into form. Other Rays have great healing and clearing mechanisms, and contain great libraries of wisdom. Still other Rays allow us to align with the Will and huge luminescent Love of the Creator, which makes the process much smoother and takes out the worry that our requests are out of alignment with the Highest Good.

Must Raise your Vibration to Access the Rays
In Mastering Alchemy we studied many techniques for months and years to raise our vibratory rates before accessing the Rays. This is intentional, for we as a species, have been “mis-creating” for eons, and the Rays were meant to bring humanity back into our true divine alignment with Source. So as a fail-safe measure, this enormous body of co-creative power can only be tapped when our frequency is quite high, meaning that our state of awareness is centered in Higher Mind, and we are operating from the Love that we are, rather than from a state of fear, manipulation, and control.

One mistake we often make when trying to manifest is that our energy and emotion doesn’t match your mental intention. You must increase your vibration and release the heavier energies of pain, disappointment, lack, doubt, or unworthiness, for example, to match the new reality you wish to experience.

In 2010 I was guided to teach the Rays of Creation and developed a retreat called Quantum Creating: Applying the Rays of Creation to Manifest Your Dreams where we spend a lot of time with energy technologies that both clear the old patterns and create a higher state of awareness and frequency before we begin co-creating with the Rays.

How is manifesting different in 2012?
On January 1, 2012, I had trouble sleeping, and I decided to ask “What‘s new?” to the Beings of Light and Ascended Masters I cavort with in meditation. I really wanted to understand the impact that the amazing new energies of “perfected light” and “Christ Consciousness” that I and so many teachers were experiencing since the gateway of 11.11.11 occurred.

The most exquisite experience ensued: I was instantly out of my body, floating around the room. But this was no ordinary astral travel or out of body experience. I was truly multi-dimensional with 2 points of awareness. In addition, I was totally in command of the experience – I had the gear shift and total control to go left, right, up through the ceiling, etc.

As a result it was great fun, rather than disorienting. So I got into the swing of things and began asking for adventures, like flying to the moon. Instantly I was there engulfed in moonlight! I then asked to “see the face of God”. Of course Ascended Masters laughed in response, and said “You know there is no ‘face’ of God.” I replied that I knew that, but I still wanted it. Again, instantly I had an experience of tremendous light, but now it was accompanied by a feeling of incomparable bliss… so I certainly didn’t complain or miss the face part.

All the while I was aware of my body in bed. So next I asked for the ultimate physical experience, and I was gifted with instant multiple orgasms. Yes you read correctly. Then I asked to see an old friend, who appeared before me in microseconds. So you see, I am telling you this because I felt I received a “preview of coming attractions” (no pun intended). The new energies we are experiencing are enabling us to co-create with unparalleled speed and accuracy and very little effort.

Time is collapsing and we are approaching nearly instant manifesting.

Just the other day I needed to write two titles and descriptions for my radio Broadcast Co-Creation Activations on World Puja and I was drawing a complete blank all day! Then I remembered to use the Rays to clear the old story I have that writing is hard and takes me a long time. I called in the new reality that writing is fun, quick and easy and that I have the perfect title and description for my show now, and in less than 2 minutes I had completed it happily.

But don’t just take my word for this phenomenal shift. Dona from Tampa is having a similar experience: “I have been taking classes with Kumari and Kumara for 2 years and they are the REAL DEAL! Now the time between my intentions and manifestations has shortened from months to literally minutes!”

A great guru Bhagawan Nityananda once said “the Heart is the hub of all sacred places, go there and roam.” Just as the spiritual cave of the heart is so much more than a physical space in the chest, Love is so much more than a pleasant emotion. There is a monumental shift in the vibratory field of Love that is now available for everyone. You just need to consciously access it and nurture it.

St. Theresa of Lisieux wrote in “Story of a Soul”: “What matters in life, is not great deeds, but great love.” Her spiritual path was doing the ordinary with extraordinary love. “I know of one means only by which to attain to perfection: LOVE. Let us love, since our heart is made for nothing else.”

I was speaking to a mother recently who wanted help learning techniques to assist her not to project her fears onto her child. I asked her if she wanted to learn to be a healer and she replied “my role is behind the scenes”. I just want to do my part to bring love and peace into the hearts of those I come into contact with.”

Friends, this is being a healer. You may not end up making your living at it; but we all have important roles as Planet Shifters, and we do it one heart at a time.

This is exactly what one teacher, Little Grandmother, wrote:

“The answer lies with each and every one of us doing our part, with our own hearts, moving forward as individuals in our own abilities to grow our hearts larger and love and live with kindness and consciousness. The message is that we each are the Great I Am, we are the change, we are the strongest of the strong and whether or not you are a public speaker, or a stay-at-home mom doesn’t matter; what does matter is that in every moment of every day we are living from our hearts. That each one of us is responsible for the outcome of ourselves and our planet and the only way we can achieve something different from the world we are living in now is to live from love, to remember who you are as a powerful co-creator; You are all unique loving beings who can literally change the world around you through your ability to love and act in love.”

How Do We Use the Element of Love to Co-Create a New Reality?

Okay let’s look at this another way. Alchemy is the process of personal transformation. Currently our reality is shifting.

Visionary Jim Self states: “Although technologically possible by applying tremendous amounts of energy and force, Alchemy is more simply accomplished by changing the frequency of thought, altering the harmonics of matter, and applying the elements of Love to create your desired results. Alchemy is first recognizing all that is possible then transforming one possibility into another.”

Years ago I would wonder “What is this Reiki healing? This flow that I am part of –that other people are drawing through me? What is it really? The translation of Reiki, or “Universal Life Force” still felt quite conceptual to me.

The answer always came back—“It is LOVE. Reiki is unconditional Love.”

Then I started working with the Rays of Creation taught by Jim Self; and I wondered how Reiki relates to these enormous energetic structures. My guidance answered “that Reiki is part of the 3rd Ray of Creation; the Healing energy of Reiki is contained within the 3rd Ray.” At the time I was new to the Rays and didn’t remember immediately what the 3rd Ray was all about. So I looked it up in my Mastering Alchemy notes, and the 3rd Ray is “radiant Blue and represents the Love of Creator.”

So when we are applying the Rays of Creation, we ask for the Love of Creator to infuse the Creation, the new energy pattern, with this powerful luminescence. The 3rd Ray always feels like liquid honey —dripping down my being from the crown and filling me up –every nook and cranny—when I am creating a new pattern or experience. As if the new structure is not fitting quite right, and there are gaps, or edges, and the Love of the 3rd Ray just drips around the new structure and eases it into my being, smoothing out any rough edges.

The 3rd Ray of Creation acts to rewire your energetic, electrical and magnetic circuitry to this highest of resonances—the Love of the Creator for the creation (YOU!!). So when we teach manifesting with the Rays of Creation, the element love, a crucial ingredient, is always added.

New mantra: I love you

For years now I have been doing something a bit odd. I walk around my house, or my garden, with no one around and find myself constantly repeating, even out loud: “I love you”. I wondered if there was an object to my love—was I always thinking of my beloved partner Kumara? And the answer (sorry Kumara) was sometimes, but it was not just to him, though I think our mutual love ignited this space within me. Or was it to my beloved Creator? Not exactly. It is my state of being now, I am “in love” and loving much of the time. “I love you” became my mantra and my favorite practice.

In Story of a Soul, St. Theresa wrote something similar: “In times of aridity when I am incapable of praying, of practicing virtue, I seek little opportunities, mere trifles, to give pleasure to Jesus; for instance a smile, a pleasant word when inclined to be silent and to show weariness. If I find no opportunities, I at least tell Him again and again that I love Him; that is not difficult and it keeps alive the fire in my heart. Even though this fire of love might seem extinct I would still throw little straws upon the embers and I am certain it would rekindle.”

Take the Love Challenge for a Week

What would happen if you began to repeat “I love you” throughout your day? While doing chores, while shopping, while on your walk or at the gym. No object necessary. Just the intention.

Then for icing on the cake, add the “element” of Love—the vibration or feeling or resonance. Find and feel the Truth of the statement. Find yourself loving …anyone or anything at first. Throwing little straws on the embers of your heart fire.
You are in charge of the loving; you are not waiting for it to happen to you. Then you realize you are loving much in your life. Loving the wind, the sun, the rain. For no reason. Just sending out love. Being in love. Loving.

You are the experiment here. How would that transform your world? I would “Love” to hear all about it!

As we mentioned in our last Ezine, a healing crisis is also known as the Herxheimer Reaction which occurs when the body is detoxifying too rapidly and toxins are being released faster than the body can eliminate them. A healing crisis can result from any holistic/natural therapy such as homeopathy, naturopathy, improved diet, or energy medicine. Many people may associate a “healing crisis” with cleansing or fasting. However, it can happen from raising your vibration through spiritual practices or energy therapies also.

The first time I recall experiencing a healing crisis was when I began meditating, and left my legal career to embark on my spiritual and healing journey. I felt feverish and headachey for months, and very thin-skinned emotionally. I needed extraordinary amounts of rest. Yet I knew I was not sick; I felt a strange sense that not only was I going to be okay, but that a new level of awareness and well-being would emerge, like the chrysalis from the cocoon.

You May Feel Worse before Feeling Better: “Peeling the Onion”

We often mistake healing crisis reactions and think we are getting sicker. Yet it often happens in the reverse. These symptoms can be brought on by a new diet or health regime, energy healing or spiritual work.

Dr. Stanley Bass, N.D. D.C. Ph.D. writes, “As you move toward better health with natural healing programs and better nutrition, healing begins to occur. As part of the healing process the body will begin to discard toxic residues which have built up in your body over the years. During the initial phase of healing, as your body begins to clean house, (detoxify) and your vital energy begins to repair and rebuild internal organs, you may experience headache, uneasiness, flu like symptoms and fatigue. These symptoms will pass as your body begins to normalize to a new level of health. You may feel worse before you feel better.”

“During the healing crisis, it is important to not suppress these temporary symptoms with drugs or the healing process may become interrupted,” notes Ginger Chalford, Ph D. “It has taken time to develop a chronically diseased state, and time is required to let go of the “locked” energy, piece by piece. It’s like peeling the layers off an onion.”

Surprisingly, often the crisis will come after one feels their very best and most energized, setting the stage for the elimination. The whole body gets into action. Most people feel an energy boost at the beginning until the toxins start dumping into the blood stream for elimination. I see this with animals too as they are placed on raw diets or sometimes after energy healing. It is as if the body is now strong enough to do its job to release whatever is compromising optimal health and well-being.

Hering’s Law of Cure – Healing Occurs from the Inside Out

According to Dr. Hering healing occurs from the inside out, meaning that toxins are excreted through the skin. This is especially true when the liver, kidneys and lungs have been impaired to some degree. It is also true for energy healing modalities like Reiki—they work on the causal level of dis-ease to bring about balance on all levels, emotional, spiritual and mental causes as well as physical.

My first physical example of this was in the early 1990s at a conference for a health supplement I was using with great results. The man next to me showed me his arms and torso–they had small red dots all over. He said that his whole body was covered with these red spots and gratefully, he stopped disrobing further as I emphatically pleaded “I believe you!!”

At first he thought it was a rash or allergic reaction. But he was not itching, and he did a bit of research. He then sent off some samples to a lab of skin scrapings and they found high levels of asbestos! He had been a construction worker for 20 years and had multiple exposures. Now he said his body was getting healthier, and able to excrete the toxic substance through the skin!

How to Minimize a Healing Crisis

If the Herxheimer reaction occurs, most health professionals suggest you cut back on your health detoxification program. However, the opposite is true for energy healing. It is often the time that people want to quit as it gets uncomfortable. This is the time to ask for help and receive as much healing as possible so that you can clear things with greater ease. The beauty of energy healing techniques are the speed and overall ease with which you can release accumulations of toxic thought patterns, emotions and physical symptoms.

Be kind to yourself — mentally, emotionally, and of course physically. Here are some tips for you to minimize discomfort:

• Drinks lots of pure alkaline ionized water (we love our Kangen water)
• Get minimal exercise daily
• Lots of sunshine (avoid midday in tropics)
• Get plenty of rest
• Take detoxification slowly … one step at a time
• Don’t increase the dose of herbals
• Keep the organs of elimination (bowels, lungs, skin, kidneys) open

How Mindset Affects Healing Reactions

Once many years ago I was on the phone doing distant healing with a new client and a strange thing happened. Five minutes into the session she began to vomit, and she had not been ill at all. At first I thought perhaps there was something I did that caused such a strong reaction, and began to wonder if I should find a way to regulate the Reiki I was sending.

However, I immediately realized I had never had to do this before and reminded myself of the true nature of Reiki or Universal Life Force. Reiki is supremely intelligent energy, and most certainly not directed by me, rather it is the recipient’s own innate wisdom that applies the energy where it needs to go. So I nixed that thought pronto as I really did not want to make the error of thinking for one second this energy was about me.

I went back to our original conversation where the client exclaimed that she wanted everything in her life to change yesterday; a new job, a new home, a new husband! She was adamant that these major shifts couldn’t happen fast enough. Voila! A clue… I reminded her how she had been really impatient in her request for major change, and that could be influencing her experience.

I suggested she ask for her changes to occur with “grace and ease and divine timing”, and immediately she stopped vomiting and felt better. While this kind of dramatic release happens very rarely, it was a perfect example of how our mindset affects our healing process. Since that experience I have incorporated potent energy management techniques and intentions that facilitate our conscious alignments with more ease and consistently speed healing results and alleviate the struggle often associated with achieving higher levels of consciousness, vibrant health, and radical transformations.

Many years ago I was in a meditation ashram relishing my favorite spiritual practice: chanting devotional Sanskrit hymns. The mantras, syllables and even the ragas, or melodies, were designed to purify the body, mind and spirit. My first spiritual teacher then asked everyone what they experienced and the answers were: “light, bliss, peace”, etc. Finally one brave soul raised her hand and said “I feel terribly agitated.” The guru was delighted and said “YES—that is VERY GOOD!”

Far from relishing in someone’s suffering, the teacher went on to explain that the very pure vibrations of the chant will work deeply on breaking up any denser energies, any less-than-happy thoughts and feelings and begin to clean out the closets, so to speak. A very good thing indeed, but it can be a very unpleasant, and misunderstood, process.

The same is true with energy healing. Most people will experience very pleasant sensations like warmth, tingling, peace, lightness, calm, happy, energy, hope and pain relief. Some will not notice anything, but may later find they feel very rested and refreshed. My mom was like this. She rarely felt anything in the moment of receiving Reiki but went into a deep sleep and always awoke feeling better.

Yet a handful of people may have what is called a “Healing Crisis”, experiencing very strong unpleasant feelings and sensations, like dizziness, nausea, extreme fatigue, intense pressure, strong emotions, headaches, even pain. It is not common but when it happens I feel just like my teacher: “Very good!!” Because I know that the energy is working on a causal level to bring up to the surface an old pattern, repressed emotion, old injury or illness process, and assist in releasing it. I also know that the person is going to feel VERY changed when something this intense happens.

For example, in my recent Global Distant Healing, one woman, new to energy healing, wrote that she felt sick with a very strong headache and that she had to be still or it worsened. She felt actually “knocked out” by the energy and in “some other place.” It was disturbing her, until the next day when she awoke:

“This is like a totally new place for me. I feel new, I feel changed. When old fear thoughts come in, it is so much easier to let them go. I feel aligned and more expansive. I really am amazed.”

I have never experienced someone remaining in this type of intense agitated place for very long. As a matter of fact, the more intense it is, the greater the shift afterwards. So it may seem strange, but I get very excited when a client experiences a Healing Crisis.

What is Healing Crisis (aka Herxheimer Reaction)
In the holistic health worldview, a healing crisis is seen as not only natural but necessary. In the article “Understanding Healing Crisis” Ginger Chalford, Ph.D writes: “The body has an inherent desire for perfect health… the body must go through an elimination process to achieve good health. The elimination process is often referred to as the “healing crisis…also known as the Herxheimer Reaction which occurs when the body is detoxifying too rapidly and toxins are being released faster than the body can eliminate them. A healing crisis can result from any holistic/natural therapy such as homeopathy, naturopathy, improved diet, etc.” I would of course insert here the Usui System of Natural Healing or Reiki.

“In a healing crisis”, Dr. Chalford continues, “every body system works together to eliminate waste products and set the stage for regeneration. Old tissues are replaced with new. A disease occurs when the body cannot make it through its natural healing crises for one reason or another. The body is “locked” into a destructive and shut down place, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.”

While the symptoms of the healing crisis may at first be similar to the problem or disease it is meant to heal, there is an important distinction: elimination or release. A cleansing, purifying process is underway and stored wastes are in a free-flowing state. The body, mind, and spirit are no longer “locked.” Sometimes pain and symptoms are re-experienced during the healing crisis but it is temporary and on the way to being released or “healed”.

Reiki energy healing always works on the causal level to shift imbalance and dis-harmony and may bring to the surface past physical injuries, conditions and personal issues so that one can heal their unfinished business. And Yes, as my guru would say, “that is VERY GOOD.”

Our retreat in Carmel on 11.11.11 was so significant that it has taken awhile to absorb and report on the activities of light that we participated in with Maureen Moss of World Puja, and two gifted teachers Jacqueline Joy and Mary Valez. Moreover, it has been thrilling to hear from other visionary leaders what their experiences were and the similarities are astounding. So I will chronicle them a bit for you in the hope of communicating a fraction of the enormity of the blessings that have been occurring, albeit it in slightly varying descriptions.

Bliss Beach, Carmel, CA: Portal of Perfected Light anchored

I was guided to share two brand new initiations I have been given to help anchor in the new light energies. The first was a Gift from a group of enlightened Earthkeepers who refer to themselves as “The One” who manage the Elemental Kingdom at the Portal at the center of the earth and are now helping us integrate the solar light energies and the Shift of the Ages with more ease. I taught everyone how to access this radiant rock, which represents the Light at the Center of the Earth. I shared this initiation globally on World Puja Network also as I was instructed that it was needed worldwide. The second initiation was the golden Key to the Portal of Perfected Light—given to me at 3am this past summer. It felt monumental to receive such a gift, yet I felt I knew very little about what I was receiving or perhaps more importantly, what I was to do with it. At one point I did get a glimpse that I had once taught this in an ancient Temple and this was the first of three keys that initiates had to embody. I was instructed that it represented the awakening of the ability to access more fully the Divine Light of the Creator which had been greatly diminished through humanity’s misuse of free will and egoic pursuits.

I had never taught this Key attunement before. It was not even clear if I would be able to at this gathering as my guidance was “wait and see” if things were aligned and everyone was ready to receive it.

But I finally got the green light to attune everyone on Bliss Beach and so many shared their unique experiences it was enormously validating. Then at the end I noticed a column of pinkish light had opened on the beach, and it was clear to me that it was a portal…what was unique was there was a ring of light kind of like a halo at the top and at the bottom. The geometry of the circle maintained the structure and integrity of the Portal ensuring that it would remain open.

We came to Bliss Beach because of the very sacred feeling there and a portal had been lovingly tended for years by Jacqueline Joy, a Carmel resident. So now the portal felt like it had been permanently anchored and was unshakable. I was aware that this was just one activity among many around the globe, yet I felt that what our group accomplished was incredibly significant and allowed other groups to accomplish their mission, and vice versa.

I also noticed that the crystal grid around the earth no longer felt as far away, and it was not porous and web-like anymore but visibly more a blanket of light surrounding the Earth, hugging the Planet. Today I saw that it was joined by many Beings of light –they were en masse and very close. Like the Company of Heaven has been properly invited and is now your neighbor making a house call.

Arizona: The Christed Light Has Returned

I was still digesting the enormity of the events, and not really certain how to describe what had occurred. Then I was on a call for a Mastering Alchemy course with Jim Self, and he was filling us in on his understanding of the events of 11.11.11, as he led a group of 300 people in Arizona. He reported that Archangel Metatron confirmed that the Christed Light has returned to the planet after being absent for millions of years!

I was so excited to hear this and wished that I could speak to Jim about it in person to compare notes as some of the languaging was a bit different, but I felt we were describing the same monumental event. I hadn’t spoken to him personally in over two years, as he no longer works individually. Yet a miracle happened the very next day—Jim called me!

Excitedly I shared our experiences in Carmel with the Key to the Portal of Perfected Light, and how THRILLING to know that we are experiencing the same miraculous events in slightly different words. “Yes, he agreed, it is thrilling!”

Jim went on to describe that about 6 weeks prior to 11.11.11 there was a new possibility of accomplishing something that had not been available till now. “When our planet fell from grace, fell into density and the The Elohim, Lords of Light, and Archangels saw this happen, they petitioned the Creator and created a template and placed all the Christed Light (a consciousness, not a man) in this sealed template, called the Earth Star that sits below your feet. On 11.11.11 the Earth Star came back into the Earth itself.

Not only the template was held, but we drew that Light into the heart, right down thru the Earth Star into the core of the Earth! The 11.11 pattern of Light is extraordinary— calm, peaceful, gracious, ease and presence. It heralds a time where “the lion lays down with the lamb.” We are entering another realm. “

New Zealand: 1st Portal of Solar Light Opens on Earth

Patricia Cota-Robles, a visionary leader, who led a group to New Zealand wrote: “It is difficult to express in words the enormity of what occurred on 11:11:11, and the eleven days preceding and following that powerful day, but the Company of Heaven said that Lightworkers around the world succeeded in accomplishing our mission in ways that were beyond the greatest expectations of Heaven.

Eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. The most vital activity of Light involved another quantum shift that was destined to take place within Earth’s Crystal Grid System…

Pulsating within the Etheric Realms above New Zealand is a complex of Temples that serve as the Elemental Training Center for all of the Elemental Beings serving the Earth. These are the Beings who co-create and sustain the physical substance that comprises the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies of Mother Earth and Humanity. The 5th-Dimensional Elementals will assist in co-creating the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.

Our Father-Mother God sounded a Cosmic Tone, and the Solar Logos from Suns beyond Suns breathed a shaft of Light from the Core of Creation into the Heart of Mother Earth. This opened the very first Portal of Solar Light on Earth. Once the Portal of Solar Light was opened to full breadth, the Mighty Elohim directed the 5th-Dimensional Directors of the Elements to place within Earth’s Crystal Grid System NEW Solar Record Keeper Crystals. We are entering another realm

Jim Self once gave this example of how the higher dimensions will be: “You will be able to put out your finger, ask a dragonfly to alight, and have a conversation.”

Our animal communication retreat at Panther Ridge was the beginning of December, a few weeks after 11.11.11. In the final moments, we were awed by a master teacher in cougar clothing named CJ, who when I first met him he was very intimidating and untouchable. Now, he was rubbing up against the fencing, kissing my hand, getting butt rubs and loving on everyone.

CJ answered personal and planetary questions from the entire group, including his specific Purpose and 2012. CJ replied that he was “here now to bring in the new consciousness and anchor everyone more fully in their heart.” Several students commented after that exquisite and life-altering conversation with a mountain lion, that “we had entered another dimension, another realm.” I couldn’t agree more.

Indeed, the lion lays down with the lamb!
